📋 Job Requirements

• Bring experience in B2C product, growth, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a hyper-growth global tech company. • Bring a genuine passion for Revolut’s products. • Bring knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech or payments. • Set strategic direction and project manage complex go-to-market campaigns needing input from multiple cross-functional teams. • Bring a solid track record in consumer marketing and an understanding of in-product, digital, PR, and offline channels. • Analyse and distil data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and product development. • Communicate excellently and collaborate with anyone in a high-performance, dynamic environment.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by understanding behaviour and how youth products work globally, turning that into data-driven insight for product teams. • Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies independently, owning audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and PR. • Develop research plans that uncover customer insight, steer and validate the product roadmap, and track the competitive landscape. • Brief Product and Marketing teams on customer insight and messaging so go-to-market campaigns land. • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns. • Deliver campaigns with a solid bias for growth and business impact. • Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalising playbooks for regional marketing teams.
