Operations Manager (Product)

• Help shape how Revolut continues to expand and operate across the globe as a Product Operations Manager. • Work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges and scale processes. • Develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define long-term strategy for the company and product departments. • Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market information back into strategy and roadmaps. • Help scope and launch entirely new verticals. • Join an Operations function that means problem-solving at scale, tackling the toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. • Work fully remotely, with the role open across Europe, India, Brazil, and the UAE.

• Hold at least a 2:1 degree from a top university. • Hold a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university. • Bring 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growing technology company in a product or strategy role. • Show a track record of outstanding achievement across different areas. • Bring great problem-solving skills. • Focus on customer-centric designs and solutions.

• Show a track record of building successful products, ideally financial ones, using data, customer feedback, common sense, or machine learning. • Bring experience launching products into new geographic markets. • Bring competitive analysis experience across global markets. • Know specific fintech verticals well enough to form your own view on them. • Bring experience defining go-to-market strategy from scratch.

• Develop a point of view on specific fintech verticals and define a cohesive long-term strategy for the company and product departments. • Act as the eyes and ears of the company, feeding market information back into company strategy and department roadmaps. • Track and analyse competitive position and product performance globally. • Help scope and launch new verticals for the company. • Define the initial product proposition and go-to-market strategy for new expansion markets.
