💼 What you will do

• Help shape how Revolut continues to expand and operate across the globe. • Work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges and scale processes. • Deliver better outcomes for customers through the systems and processes you build. • Join an Operations function that means problem-solving at scale, tackling the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles across the organisation to strip out inefficiency. • Design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. • Work fully remotely from the UK, with the role also open across India, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Spain.

📋 Job Requirements

• Hold at least a 2:1 degree from a top university. • Bring 5+ years of work experience in engineering. • Bring experience of a structured, KPI-focused environment. • Think hyper-logically with outstanding attention to detail. • Show demonstrated success leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. • Bring a solid understanding of scalable process design, automation technologies, and standardisation. • Take a data-driven approach to identifying root causes, measuring performance, and driving process improvement. • Break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks. • Bring natural curiosity and a will to make an impact.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Hold a degree in a STEM subject such as engineering, physics, mathematics, economics, or finance. • Bring experience with SQL, Python, or R. • Bring experience from sectors such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, or consulting. • Hold a Lean Six Sigma certification. • Bring experience with value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, or 8D. • Bring technical skills in automation tools such as RPA.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement Lean Six Sigma principles across the organisation. • Develop and deploy standardised processes and automated solutions that support Revolut’s growth. • Analyse existing workflows to find areas for improvement, then implement changes that enhance efficiency and ensure scalability. • Leverage data analytics to spot improvement opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business performance.
