Growth Marketing Manager (Organic Growth)

• Bring 5+ years of experience in technical SEO. • Bring 3+ years managing large-scale websites with more than one million indexed pages. • Bring expertise leading complex SEO projects from beginning to end. • Bring experience partnering with product and engineering teams on technical solutions. • Bring familiarity with SEO strategy planning for multi-language websites. • Bring the technical fluency to build custom LLM pipelines, leverage APIs, and manage data extraction at scale. • Communicate excellently across teams. • Bring natural curiosity and a genuine desire to make an impact.

• Bring experience in fintech, financial services, tech, or SaaS. • Bring an understanding of payments or e-commerce ecosystems. • Bring experience optimising for AI discovery surfaces alongside traditional search. • Bring experience working within an in-house CMS rather than off-the-shelf tooling. • Bring experience analysing large datasets to build a prioritised roadmap. • Know how to improve search presence across both retail and business product lines.
