Applied AI Engineer

• Manage your own product roadmap as a Lead Applied AI Engineer, covering day-to-day operations, project execution, and risk assessment. • Act as the go-to person for your product from conception through launch and beyond. • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with senior management. • Join the Product team, which shapes the experiences that power Revolut. • Turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions alongside Design, Engineering, and Data. • Build AI-powered solutions that lean on LLMs and other machine learning technologies. • Work from the London office, with the role also open across several European and international locations.

• Bring experience developing and launching AI products or features from scratch. • Bring high analytical and technical acumen alongside solid business sense and problem-solving skills. • Bring experience in a data science or machine learning role. • Own machine learning projects from design through implementation and iteration. • Work with strong Python, SQL, or equivalent programming skills. • Bring hands-on experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. • Bring knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments. • Bring impressive mathematical and statistical knowledge. • Bring an entrepreneurial drive that never settles.

• Bring experience building AI assistants or AI automation platforms specifically. • Bring NLP experience at production scale. • Bring experience setting team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps. • Deliver measurable results on sophisticated products under genuinely ambiguous conditions. • Bring fintech or financial services domain knowledge. • Bring experience leading cross-functional teams through deployment rather than handing off at the model.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions built on LLMs and other machine learning technologies. • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful solutions. • Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions such as AI assistants and automation platforms. • Set your team’s goals, success metrics, and roadmap in line with company goals. • Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in ambiguous, fast-paced conditions.
