💼 What you will do
• Own and deliver high-performing Digital PR strategies across a client portfolio, aligning with SEO objectives and broader business goals at an award-winning agency pushing into AiPR and GEO. • Set the benchmark for what great looks like across campaigns, coaching team members and raising standards across the wider Digital PR function. • Work fully remotely with a four-day work week (Fridays off) and 83+ paid days off every year.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring proven experience in Digital PR strategy and delivery, ideally within an agency environment. • Demonstrate strong strategic judgement with the ability to build campaigns that earn coverage and drive performance. • Communicate confidently and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. • Hold high standards for quality with the ability to challenge and improve work constructively. • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organisational skills. • Be commercially aware, balancing creativity with what will deliver results. • Work comfortably with data and performance signals to inform decisions. • Have hands-on digital PR experience with knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO.

• Bring experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Muck Rack, and Buzzstream. • Show experience developing SEO-led Digital PR strategies grounded in insight, data, and commercial goals. • Have experience contributing to pitches with strong strategies, campaign ideas, and clear rationale. • Demonstrate experience coaching team members to improve strategic thinking and campaign quality. • Hold experience creating playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale quality across a team. • Show interest in or experience with AiPR, GEO, or emerging commercially-driven PR strategies.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Own strategic client communication across accounts, building trust through clear direction and confident rationale. • Lead discussions on client calls, ensuring clients understand the reasoning behind campaigns and how activity links to goals. • Develop SEO-led Digital PR strategies grounded in insight, data, and commercial goals. • Build campaign roadmaps with clear themes, angles, deliverables, and success measures. • Create strong link-earning propositions across a mix of approaches from reactive to data-led and expert commentary. • Set the benchmark for quality across campaigns and review key outputs from ideation through to outreach. • Coach Digital PR team members to improve strategic thinking and campaign quality. • Provide clear, direct feedback that improves work quickly and builds long-term capability. • Contribute to playbooks, templates, and frameworks that scale quality across the team. • Identify opportunities for experimentation and contribute to evolving the Digital PR offering. • Contribute to pitches with strong strategies, campaign ideas, and clear rationale. • Support kick-offs to ensure client goals translate into actionable plans.
