💼 What you will do
• Take full ownership of how accounts are run from onboarding through to retention and growth, working on a mix of high-value and cross-service accounts at one of the UK's largest Digital PR teams. • Shape client relationships, influence delivery across services, and build a high-performing team around you. • Work fully remotely with a four-day work week (Fridays off) and 83+ paid days off every year.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring proven experience in a senior Digital PR or client services role, ideally within an agency. • Demonstrate strong client communication and stakeholder management skills. • Have experience owning complex or multi-service accounts. • Show demonstrated line management experience with the ability to coach and develop others. • Stay highly organised, managing multiple accounts and priorities with confidence. • Be commercially aware, comfortable owning account health, retention, and growth. • Hold hands-on digital PR experience with knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO.

• Bring experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and media databases. • Have experience leading QBRs with clear communication on performance, progress, and next steps. • Show experience coordinating internal teams across Digital PR, SEO, Data, and Design for seamless delivery. • Demonstrate experience with account onboarding processes and setting expectations around cadence and success measures. • Hold experience identifying account growth opportunities and supporting renewals. • Have experience representing Digital PR in cross-departmental projects and integrated account discussions.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Own and develop senior client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Lead onboarding and set clear expectations around cadence, process, and success measures. • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-service accounts, ensuring alignment across teams. • Own the operating rhythm across accounts including WIPs, updates, and stakeholder communications. • Ensure delivery is on time, on brief, and within scope, removing blockers quickly. • Coordinate internal teams across Digital PR, SEO, Data, and Design to ensure seamless delivery. • Oversee campaign roadmaps and delivery plans to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs. • Spot-check output to ensure quality, consistency, and suitability for external publication. • Line manage Digital PR team members, setting expectations and improving performance. • Build a high-performing, motivated team culture focused on quality and client experience. • Identify skill gaps and support development through coaching and feedback. • Partner with Strategists and senior leadership to align delivery with business goals.
