Senior SEO Manager

• Bring 4–6+ years of experience in an agency-side SEO role. • Show proven experience managing client relationships and leading strategy. • Bring strong technical SEO knowledge, including conducting audits and building roadmaps. • Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. • Think analytically and translate data into actionable insights. • Explain technical SEO concepts confidently to non-technical stakeholders. • Bring excellent organisation and project management skills. • Bring experience leading an effective team. • Plan SEO content and strategy. • Present excellently and think outside the box. • Work proficiently in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring experience or interest in AI search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), which is highly desirable. • Bring experience mentoring or developing junior SEO team members. • Bring experience contributing to client renewal or growth conversations. • Bring experience collaborating with Digital PR and content teams on integrated campaigns.

• Lead the development and execution of SEO and GEO strategies aligned with client business goals. • Conduct detailed technical, on-site, and off-site audits to identify growth opportunities. • Build structured SEO roadmaps that prioritise activity with the greatest commercial impact. • Conduct keyword and intent research to inform content and site structure. • Analyse search performance data to uncover trends and optimisation opportunities. • Work with Digital PR and content teams to deliver holistic organic growth strategies. • Lead client WIP calls, present performance insights, and translate technical concepts clearly. • Identify growth opportunities across accounts and contribute to renewal conversations. • Mentor and support members of the Search team while contributing hands-on delivery. • Step in to support leadership continuity when the Head of Organic is unavailable.
