• Speak French at native level. • Bring hands-on digital PR experience, or a background in marketing or copywriting. • Communicate and present excellently, both internally and externally. • Write to a high standard with strong organisational skills. • Think outside the box and bring creative campaign ideas. • Work proficiently in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Bring knowledge of search engines and basic SEO approaches. • Work proactively and multitask, spotting challenges early and acting fast. • Stay passionate about news, media, and SEO. • Collaborate naturally and help others grow. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs. • Bring experience with media database and outreach platforms such as Muck Rack or Buzzstream. • Bring experience working with French media and journalists. • Bring experience mentoring junior team members or running skills workshops.

• Plan and execute Digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage. • Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs for link intersects and keyword gap analysis to shape outreach strategy. • Write data-led press releases and story angles tailored to French journalists. • Build and manage custom media lists using platforms such as Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Spot underperforming campaigns and pivot confidently on outreach, angles, or formats. • Monitor French news trends and act on reactive opportunities. • Join client WIPs, support QBRs, and contribute to campaign strategy as the trusted PR expert. • Mentor Executives on delivery best practices and lead occasional skills workshops. • Meet and exceed link KPIs, contributing to measurable SEO growth for clients.
