• Show an interest in PR, media, marketing, or storytelling. • Communicate strongly with good written English. • Stay curious and ask questions to understand things properly. • Organise your time well across multiple tasks. • Work proactively and be willing to get stuck in. • Think outside the box. • Work proficiently in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring any writing, research, or media-related experience. • Bring familiarity with media database tools such as Muck Rack. • Bring an interest in SEO and how PR supports search performance. • Apply even without prior Digital PR experience, as none is required.

• Take part in structured training across Digital PR fundamentals. • Learn how campaigns are planned, built, and delivered. • Understand what makes a story newsworthy and how to position it. • Support research for campaign ideas and story development. • Help build media lists using tools such as Muck Rack. • Identify relevant journalists, publications, and opportunities. • Support the creation of outreach emails and help send and track them. • Practise following up and building relationships with journalists. • Work closely with the Digital PR team on live campaigns and apply feedback quickly.
