• Shape the future of digital PR across Germany, Spain, France, Italy, or the Netherlands as a Digital PR Specialist for one of Reboot's EU markets. • Lead on strategic campaign execution and drive media engagement, combining creative ideas with smart, SEO-led thinking for your native European market. • Join a fully remote, four-day work week agency delivering PR campaigns that earn high-quality links, drive SEO performance, and deliver measurable results.
📋 Job Requirements
• Be a native-level German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian speaker. • Bring proven Digital PR experience with a strong portfolio of link placements. • Use Ahrefs confidently to shape DPR SEO strategy and report on impact. • Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills both internally and externally. • Be highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused, spotting challenges early and acting fast. • Show passion for news, media, and SEO. • Have hands-on digital PR experience with knowledge of search engines and basic approaches to SEO. • Have worked on international markets or campaigns previously.

• Bring experience using media list platforms such as Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Show experience mentoring Executives on delivery best practices or leading skills workshops. • Have experience joining client WIPs, supporting QBRs, and contributing to campaign strategy. • Demonstrate experience pivoting underperforming campaigns by refining outreach, angles, or formats. • Hold experience writing data-led press releases and story angles tailored to journalists in a specific European market. • Show experience monitoring news trends and jumping on reactive PR opportunities in non-English markets.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Lead on the planning and execution of Digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage for your native EU market. • Use SEO tools like Ahrefs to conduct link intersects, keyword gap analysis, and inform outreach strategies. • Write data-led press releases and story angles tailored to journalists in your native market. • Build and manage custom media lists using platforms like Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Spot underperforming campaigns and pivot with confidence, refining outreach, angles, or formats. • Monitor relevant news trends and jump on reactive opportunities. • Join client WIPs, support in QBRs, and contribute to campaign strategy as the trusted PR expert. • Mentor Executives on delivery best practices and lead occasional skills workshops. • Regularly meet and exceed link KPIs, contributing to measurable SEO growth for clients.
