💼 What you will do

• Join a team leading the development of Paddle's Seller Dashboard within the Experience group, a key part of delivering solutions to SaaS businesses. • Drive business growth by understanding, nurturing, and innovating within the dashboard, delivering an ambitious roadmap and working continuously with internal and external stakeholders to build the right thing. • Help deliver Paddle's strategic vision of becoming the growth platform for SaaS businesses. • Work as part of a cross-functional team, in a trio with engineers and a product designer.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be excited by and experienced in building product experiences within fintech or SaaS, whether guiding users through onboarding, creating coherent experiences across a suite of tools, or making complex tooling feel simple. • Have worked as a Product Manager and enjoy cross-functional teams, delivering value through frequent product launches alongside engineers, designers, and other functions. • Have shipped AI-powered features into a live product, with a clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves the experience and where it gets in the way. • Understand measuring success through metrics, with experience using analytics platforms to draw insights and apply them in product development. • Have worked in a startup, scale-up, or fintech environment, creating engaging and thoughtful customer experiences. • Be comfortable getting into technical detail and working closely with engineers to find the best solution. • Enjoy speaking to customers and gathering insights, and be willing to manage tough trade-offs across varied stakeholders and requests.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build a vision for Paddle's Seller Dashboard on top of market trends and technology innovations, defining and prioritising features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals. • Work closely with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to understand customer and user needs, identify optimisation opportunities, and design features to solve them. • Work in a trio with Design and Engineering leaders to manage the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, with appropriate planning, prioritisation, and delivery processes. • Manage the product life cycle, including updates and enhancements, using usability and beta testing to keep the product competitive and user-focused. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, gather and analyse customer feedback, and monitor industry trends and emerging technologies. • Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders, building strong relationships and presenting updates and performance metrics regularly. • Define and track KPIs, analyse product performance, and implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to drive continuous improvement. • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, collaborating with marketing, sales, and support teams and creating collateral and training to ensure successful launches and adoption.
