Product Manager, New Product Bet

Posted on 19 August 2026New

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Help build the product that closes the gap between producing training video at scale and knowing whether any of it made someone better at their job. • Work on an agentic, real-time experience where people practise live, dynamic scenarios, and where organisations finally get signal on genuine readiness rather than a metric tied to course completion. • Own a domain within a 0-to-1 bet on what comes after content, from strategy through to ship. • Take on this work now that real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario, with the window to define the category open. • Turn the underlying technology into a product an enterprise will use to prepare their people and an end user actually wants to engage with. • Work from the London office on a hybrid basis, or remotely from Europe.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring significant product management experience, including direct ownership of a critical product domain where you set strategy rather than only executing it. • Show a track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion. • Have experience with 0-to-1 product development in a complex, experience-driven space, having navigated the ambiguity and gained the scar tissue to show for it. • Have built agentic or AI-powered products, understanding what makes real-time AI interactions feel natural and what breaks them. • Communicate strongly in writing through strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos others can act on without a follow-up conversation. • Have worked alongside enterprise buying motions, since you will sit close to the commercial team. • Operate with autonomy on the what rather than only the how, identifying the right problems, forming a view, and bringing others along without waiting for a clean brief. • Hold a high bar on quality, since real-time agentic products are unforgiving both for the user in the moment and the customer looking at outcomes.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have worked on learning, training, or assessment products. • Have mentored other product managers and contributed to product practice across a team. • Have taken part in PM hiring. • Have shipped real-time or conversational AI experiences to enterprise customers.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own the multi-quarter strategy for a domain within this new product bet, setting direction, identifying the right problems, and making the trade-offs needed to deliver against them. • Define and evolve success metrics for the domain, connecting product outcomes directly to retention, expansion, and revenue impact. • Get close to the customers who matter most, understanding how they think and where current tools leave them exposed, then translating that into product direction others can act on. • Drive a shared understanding of where the product area is going and why, so engineering, design, R&D, and commercial counterparts can all articulate the strategy and the reasoning behind it. • Produce written narratives including strategy docs and PRDs that move decisions forward and give the team context to build the right thing. • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health, scoping to reflect execution risk, hitting milestones predictably, and iterating on evidence rather than opinion. • Mentor IC5 PMs, contribute to improvements in product practice across the team, and take an active part in PM hiring.
