Product Manager

• Join at senior to staff level, leading the development of products end-to-end from conception through development and rollout. • Take on a lot of ownership while staying in the details day to day. • Bring together the building and selling sides of a product-led company to create something customers will love. • Work remotely from anywhere in North American or European time zones, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.

• Have 6+ years of experience in the software industry. • Have previously worked in engineering or design roles. • Bring exceptional product and operational judgement. • Bring world-class design and product taste. • Stay shamelessly curious, with a propensity to question things deeply. • Work with extreme speed and clarity.

• Have shipped products for developer or engineering audiences. • Have run user interviews and competitive research end-to-end. • Have written customer-facing messaging and positioning for feature launches. • Have worked async in a remote-first, product-led company.

• Perform up-front discovery through user interviews, competitive research, and data analysis, then present findings to the team with conviction and rigour. • Help engineers and designers deeply understand user needs so they can make great product decisions. • Craft messaging around upcoming features that resonates with users. • Enable sales and marketing teams to communicate effectively with customers and win them over.
