• Own the layer that decides whether the largest Synthesia accounts expand or stall: whether admins, legal, and programme owners can actually stay in control.
• Take end-to-end ownership of workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop.
• Work on deployments running thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes.
• Take on a wide open remit at the point where AI video has crossed from experiment to standard tooling inside the biggest companies in the world, where the next phase of growth depends on making that scale safe and manageable.
• Do the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal.
• Work from the London office on a hybrid basis, or remotely from Europe with regular travel, since the team is London-anchored and in-person time matters.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring significant experience owning a critical product domain, setting strategy rather than only executing it.
• Show a track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion.
• Work comfortably across a broad surface area, prioritising ruthlessly and making the case for what gets built next.
• Communicate strongly in writing through PRDs, strategy docs, and customer insight summaries others can act on without a follow-up.
• Ramp quickly on the complexity of enterprise buying motions, since you will sit close to the commercial team on complex deals.
• Feel excited by untangling the inherent complexity of enterprise platform products, understanding that governance and compliance work is unglamorous but decisive.
• Hold a conversation with a CISO and with a content creator, understanding what each needs from the same system.
• Be based in London or open to regular travel.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Have built admin, governance, or compliance tooling for enterprise platforms.
• Have worked on products deployed across multiple markets, languages, and regulatory regimes.
• Have partnered with Solutions, Customer Success, and Legal on deal-critical features.
• Have defined adoption and support-escalation metrics for a platform layer.
🎯 Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running, from workspace setup through compliance controls.
• Get close to enterprise customers, understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers, and content owners think about governance and what being in control actually looks like at scale.
• Translate that into clear product direction covering what to build, in what order, and why, keeping engineering and design aligned as the strategy evolves.
• Work closely with the engineering manager and designer on the team, writing clear specs, making good trade-off calls, and giving engineers the context to build the right thing first time.
• Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, and Legal on complex enterprise deals, since these features are frequently deal-critical.
• Define the metrics that show whether this layer is working, including adoption of admin tooling, compliance feature usage, and reduction in governance-related support escalations.
