Product Ops

• Bring 2–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, strategy and ops, consulting, or a chief-of-staff role. • Use AI instinctively in your work and design AI-powered systems that others adopt and keep using. • Show experience building agents, automations, or internal tools, and reach a working prototype without waiting for engineering. • Work comfortably with data, pulling and interrogating it and turning it into insights PMs act on. • Apply systems thinking, knowing when to optimise a process and when to redesign it. • Write clearly, making roadmaps, releases, and business signals land with people who didn’t build them. • Run events with many moving parts and senior attendees, and deliver them successfully. • Bring experience in a startup or scale-up environment. • Show a track record of top performance in academia, work, or both. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.

• Build agents, Claude skills, and automations that free PMs, designers, and engineers from low-value work. • Drive adoption and coaching so the product team becomes measurably faster. • Own the product tool stack, including Claude, Figma, Linear, Notion, Pylon, Mixpanel, Datadog, and Granola. • Evaluate new tools, cut underused licences, and connect systems so nobody copy-pastes between them. • Structure roadmap data, decision logs, and product knowledge so both agents and people can use them. • Run the launch calendar and readiness criteria, ensuring announced features have shipped, work, and are documented. • Design and mature alpha, beta, and design partner programmes, including entry criteria, feedback routing, and GA readiness. • Own the North Star and company-level product metrics, pulling in signals from pipeline, customer health, and usage. • Own product comms, including the internal newsletter, release notifications, and the external roadmap deck. • Keep integration guides and technical documentation accurate and track their adoption. • Run quarterly or semi-annual product events and the team’s learning rhythm, including lunch and learns and external speakers.
