Frontend Engineer

• Bring deep React experience building complex production applications, including rendering behaviour, state, and performance at scale. • Show experience owning front-end infrastructure, including rendering strategies, build tooling, and bundle performance. • Show you have built or owned a design system, making calls on component APIs, adoption, migration, and versioning. • Bring strong taste, noticing when something is only 90% right and holding genuine conversations with designers. • Know CSS deeply, including layout, styling architecture, breakpoints, themes, and edge cases. • Treat accessibility and motion as part of the craft rather than an afterthought. • Write fluent TypeScript beyond the browser, as the pair programming stage is a general, full-stack-style exercise. • Stay motivated by impact and take real ownership of outcomes. • Level up those around you by learning from others and giving thoughtful feedback. • Help define a new role and tackle problems without a predefined solution. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.
