About the role

💼 What you will do

• Craft Omnea's product and AI narrative for the Series B–C stage of growth, ensuring people understand what the company does, why it matters, and how it differentiates from competitors. • Sit at the intersection of product and go-to-market, owning how new product launches, sales decks, and competitive analysis are showcased. • Deliver clear, compelling messaging that cuts through AI hype and inspires procurement teams at the world's leading companies.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or a highly commercial role such as VC or investment banking. • Have hands-on experience across more than one of launch coordination, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer storytelling. • Write exceptionally well with the ability to turn a product spec into a narrative that resonates with enterprise buyers. • Understand enterprise sales cycles and have either pitched products yourself or worked closely with a sales team. • Have built differentiated messaging from scratch for a product in a noisy or complex category. • Have successfully coordinated cross-functional product launches that drove commercial impact. • Thrive in a startup or scale-up environment where you build the playbook while executing it.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have published externally with articles, web copy, or case studies that demonstrate emotional intelligence, creativity, and taste. • Bring experience owning a competitive intelligence function and tracking market landscape shifts. • Show comfort rethinking enablement, marketing, and positioning for a fast-changing AI-driven world. • Hold a track record of top performance in academia alongside professional experience. • Demonstrate experience building Claude skills, product documentation, or AI-powered enablement tools for GTM teams. • Have experience producing launch videos or multimedia content hands-on without relying on external agencies.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging, defining how Omnea talks about the platform to procurement leaders, finance teams, and evaluators. • Translate complex product concepts into clear language and ensure every channel tells a cohesive story across website, sales decks, analyst conversations, campaigns, social, and press. • Interview customers, identify what actually changed for the person doing the job, and shape those insights into compelling stories. • Lead product launches end-to-end from roadmap to market, owning the narrative, identifying channels, coordinating across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and tracking impact. • Build product documentation, materials, and Claude skills the GTM team needs to close deals with enterprise customers. • Own the competitive intelligence function by tracking the landscape, understanding market shifts, and feeding insights back into positioning and sales. • Bring market learnings back into the product roadmap, closing the loop between go-to-market and product development.

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Omnea is one of the most exciting B2B SaaS companies in Europe right now. In just three years since its founding, it has raised over $75 million from world-class investors, grown revenue 5x in the past year alone, and more than tripled its headcount to 160+ people across London and New York. The company is now the 4th fastest-growing startup in Europe and has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months. What stands out on Glassdoor (4.8/5 from 17 reviews, 100% recommend) is how consistently employees praise the talent density, the pace of learning, and the calibre of colleagues. People describe working alongside ex-founders, former operators from Google, Meta, TikTok, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and top startups like Tessian, Pigment, and Pleo. Omnea's careers page states they interviewed more than 10,000 people for their first 50 hires, and the hiring bar remains exceptionally high. The company works in person three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in London and New York, which is not for everyone, but reflects their belief that early-stage collaboration benefits from face-to-face time. Equity is structured so every employee has a meaningful stake, and the Senior Software Engineer listing shows salary ranges of £80K–£120K with £25K–£50K in equity. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a genuinely fast-paced environment: multiple Glassdoor reviews note that this is not a 9-to-5, though they add that working alongside exceptional people on a mission that matters makes it worth it. If you want to be part of a category-defining company at one of the most exciting stages of its growth, surrounded by some of the strongest talent in European tech, Omnea is hard to beat.
