Engineering Manager

• Bring 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams. • Show success managing multiple teams at once, typically 2–3 teams or 12–20 engineers. • Demonstrate success in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, particularly during rapid growth. • Bring a strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern web technologies. • Bring a deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalability challenges. • Show a strong track record of delivering projects successfully in fast-paced environments. • Prove your ability to improve team velocity and quality. • Bring experience scaling engineering teams and implementing processes that scale at pace. • Work directly with customers and translate their needs into technical solutions. • Make data-driven decisions while trusting your intuition when information is incomplete. • Collaborate and influence effectively across teams and stakeholders. • Show a track record of growing and developing engineering talent. • Be able to work from the London office three days a week.
