Senior Software Engineer - Python & AI

• Design and build applications using Python and AI tools, working closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products. • Collaborate with distributed teams leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build secure, high-performance applications. • Travel frequently to client sites within the UK and Europe, with travel expenses covered by the company.

• Bring significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. • Have deep knowledge and experience with the Python language and modern AI frameworks. • Have experience with AI application development. • Have practical experience delivering in an agile environment. • Have practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions. • Demonstrate deep understanding of version control tools such as Git. • Have testing experience and familiarity with testing tools at all levels including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. • Bring practical, real-world experience working with databases and cloud environments. • Have experience with automation, CI, and CD. • Have experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews. • Bring excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Have professional proficiency in English.

• Have hands-on experience working with Golang. • Have hands-on experience in the frontend working with React. • Bring deep understanding of Kubernetes.

• Support component design, development, and maintenance, taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team. • Assist with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building, and deployment. • Design and implement data storage solutions. • Optimise performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Get feedback from users and clients and build solutions for them. • Assist with the analysis of client requirements. • Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery. • Collaborate with client teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
