Forward Deployed Engineer

• Join Nearform in a full-time, permanent Forward Deployed Engineer role open to candidates based in the UK. • Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms directly within client environments. • Deliver scalable AI-driven solutions that help organisations operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams. • Work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to roll out agentic capabilities. • Integrate new AI capabilities seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and frameworks. • Travel occasionally to client sites within Europe, with travel expenses covered by the company. • Work remotely with a flexible schedule that fits around life commitments such as the school run.

• Bring significant experience delivering at Senior Engineer level, typically with at least 8 years of commercial experience. • Design and build agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks. • Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. • Implement multi-agent systems that support tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making. • Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate enterprise data sources. • Integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. • Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads confidently. • Design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. • Collaborate efficiently with both technical and non-technical colleagues. • Stay comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives and direct iteration with users. • Bring strong consulting experience planning, executing, and delivering complex client engagements that solve real business problems. • Be based in the UK and able to travel to client sites within Europe.
