💼 What you will do

• Join MongoDB’s EMEA Marketing team as UK Regional Marketing Manager, reporting to the Marketing Lead for Northern Europe. • Collaborate closely with sales, ecosystem, and broader marketing teams to drive awareness of MongoDB. • Identify and nurture new users and champions, uncover new opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and expand MongoDB’s footprint in the market. • Own development and execution of the marketing plans for a subset of focus enterprise accounts. • Explore new opportunities, craft innovative marketing strategies, and drive measurable growth cross-functionally. • Be based in London for MongoDB’s hybrid working model, with some travel required.

📋 Job Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or bring equivalent experience. • Bring 5+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing, or sales experience. • Bring experience working with large, complex enterprise accounts across multiple verticals, with a proven record of accelerating and closing deals. • Bring experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing, as your portfolio of work will be reviewed. • Understand acquisition-focused marketing and campaign motions that drive incremental programs in the AI and digital native community. • Bring experience working with cloud partners such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, alongside ISV, AI, and other tech partners. • Communicate excellently in writing and in person, including presenting to sales and marketing leadership and to customers. • Manage events and projects impeccably, planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives while problem-solving quickly. • Interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and report insights back to the business. • Work cross-functionally with enterprise or corporate sales, customer success, and account development teams. • Mentor sales partners so they convey marketing value propositions and key messages effectively. • Bring proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce, plus marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Eloqua, Pathfactory, Sigma, and Tableau. • Stay highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, excelling autonomously and driving initiatives proactively. • Think strategically, bring new ideas and creativity, and shift priorities as needed in a growth technology company. • Travel as required.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Work with account teams to uncover account-specific challenges, understand decision-making processes, and identify key personas. • Create and execute tailored marketing strategies and messaging that unlock senior leadership and buying team engagement and lead to growth opportunities. • Act as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and clients, recommending programs and tactics that align with both sales objectives and client needs. • Work with partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and developer advocacy teams to deliver a holistic marketing strategy within each account. • Align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide sales enablement resources, and keep the sales team informed about global, regional, and account-specific programs. • Leverage intent signals to deploy targeted campaigns that nurture technical champions and influence the broader buying committee. • Track performance metrics and ROI, putting processes in place to evaluate program effectiveness. • Apply insights to refine and optimise ABM campaigns for maximum impact.
