Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Paid Social

• Join Moneybox, the award-winning UK wealth management platform, in a hybrid role based in London. • Report to the Head of Paid Marketing and lead the Paid Social strategy across the full product mix. • Own the roadmap for some of Moneybox’s highest-spend acquisition channels, including Meta and TikTok. • Manage a significant budget autonomously across mobile app and web funnels. • Partner with the internal design team on an established creative testing loop. • Act as the performance marketing lead for the Investing and Pensions products. • Visit the London office by the Oxo Tower 2 days a week.

• Bring at least 7 years of performance marketing experience with a deep specialism in Paid Social. • Show a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering results on Meta and TikTok. • Show experience testing emerging social platforms. • Bring strong knowledge of marketing across both app and web. • Show experience partnering with design teams on structured creative testing frameworks. • Bring experience acting as a cross-functional lead or working closely with product teams on acquisition strategy. • Stay data-driven and highly numerate, with a strong focus on CPA, customer value and ROI. • Break down complex problems into actionable steps and solve them independently. • Stay organised with meticulous attention to detail. • Be based in the UK and work from the London office 2 days a week.

• Bring experience scaling acquisition on newer channels such as Reddit. • Show experience marketing investing, pensions or other financial products. • Bring experience coaching junior performance marketers. • Show experience managing platform reps or third-party marketing partners.

• Own the Paid Social roadmap, including Meta and TikTok, across all product categories. • Drive user acquisition across mobile app and web funnels with a significant budget. • Run structured trials to scale new channels such as Reddit. • Get hands-on in the ad platforms whenever execution is needed. • Give data-driven input to the design team to find winning creative concepts. • Embed within the Investing and Pensions squads to align marketing with commercial roadmaps. • Drive a data-centric approach focused on customer value, efficiency and payback. • Track product categories and competitors to gain an edge in the social landscape. • Coach junior team members and manage third-party providers and platform reps.
