Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Paid Social

• Join Moneybox’s Paid Marketing team as Senior Paid Marketing Manager for Paid Social, working hybrid with 2 days a week in the London office by the Oxo Tower. • Lead the Paid Social strategy for some of Moneybox’s highest-spend acquisition channels. • Own the roadmap for Meta and TikTok across the full product mix. • Partner with the internal design team on a structured creative testing loop. • Act as the performance marketing lead for Investing and Pensions products. • Report to the Head of Paid Marketing and help shape Moneybox’s growth.

• Bring at least 7 years of performance marketing experience with a deep specialism in Paid Social. • Show a track record of managing large budgets on Meta and TikTok and testing emerging platforms. • Bring strong knowledge of marketing across both app and web. • Show experience partnering with design teams on structured creative testing. • Bring experience leading cross-functionally or partnering with product teams on acquisition. • Work data-driven and numerate, focused on CPA, customer value and ROI. • Stay organised with meticulous attention to detail. • Hold the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship isn’t available.

• Bring experience marketing investment, pension or other financial products. • Show experience scaling new channels such as Reddit. • Bring experience coaching junior team members. • Show experience managing platform reps or third-party providers.

• Own the Paid Social roadmap, including Meta and TikTok, across all product categories. • Manage a significant budget to drive acquisition across app and web funnels. • Run structured trials to scale new channels such as Reddit. • Work hands-on in ad platforms when needed. • Give data-driven input to the design team to find winning creative concepts. • Embed with Investing and Pensions product squads as their performance marketing lead. • Track competitors and the social landscape to stay ahead. • Coach junior colleagues and manage third-party partners.
