Product Lead, Panel & Recruitment

• Join Maze, the user research platform used by Uber, Amazon, Atlassian and Anthropic, in a full-time fully remote role. • Own the recruitment and panel experience that helps customers reach the right research participants. • Set the product vision for recruiting and managing participants across unmoderated, moderated and AI-moderated studies. • Work in a trio with Engineering and Design, alongside Panel Operations, GTM and Customer Success. • Own both the customer and participant experiences and the systems behind them. • Work at the intersection of product, operations and an ecosystem of panel partners. • Earn a €105,000–€125,000 base salary plus meaningful equity.

• Bring experience as a Product Lead or equivalent, owning complex product areas from strategy through execution. • Work comfortably on products spanning software, operations and external partners. • Turn messy, cross-functional problems into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap. • Get close to operational workflows and use what you learn to make better product decisions. • Bring strong product judgement and a clear recommendation, even without a perfect answer. • Partner closely with Engineering and Design while involving stakeholders across the business. • Think in systems and look for scalable solutions rather than one-off workarounds. • Balance customer experience, business needs, operational realities and technical constraints. • Move quickly and make decisions with imperfect information. • Be based in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal or Spain.

• Bring experience with user research or research participant recruitment. • Show experience building products with a meaningful operational component. • Bring marketplace or supply-and-demand product experience. • Show experience working with external partners, vendors or integrations critical to the customer experience. • Bring experience building products for enterprise customers with complex requirements.

• Set the product vision and roadmap for recruitment and participant management. • Improve participant quality through feedback loops, quality signals, filtering and clearer participant experiences. • Make it easier for customers to recruit the audiences they need, including complex enterprise use cases. • Understand panel performance and find gaps in participant supply, quality and fulfilment. • Improve the tools, workflows and handoffs Panel Operations uses to fulfil recruitment requests. • Evaluate and onboard new panel partners and decide where deeper integrations help. • Develop smarter routing of studies to the right participant supply. • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Research Partners on feasibility, packaging and adoption. • Define and measure success across participant quality, fulfilment and the recruitment experience.
