Senior Product Manager

• Join Juro, the contract platform used by Deliveroo, Remote and Trustpilot, in a full-time role you can do fully remotely from day one. • Own the most ambitious area of the product: everything that happens before a contract gets signed. • Improve multi-party negotiation and redlining, which most companies still run through email attachments. • Ship against an existing roadmap within your first few weeks while forming your own view of the problem. • Work on an agentic flow where a good redline depends on each customer’s playbook. • Report to Keith Reid, Head of Product. • Earn £90,000 plus equity.

• Show that you have landed in an unfamiliar domain and made judgement calls within weeks, ideally more than once. • Bring experience owning something complex and multi-quarter from discovery through launch and iteration. • Take accountability when projects slip. • Show that you have built for users you got to know directly by sitting with them and watching them work. • Work shoulder to shoulder with GTM and engineering through launches as their trusted go-to person. • Understand why evals matter and how agentic loops work. • Dig into how a system actually behaves and work with engineers until a flow stops producing poor results. • Run your own discovery through customer and prospect calls, and synthesise messy qualitative input. • Bring ideas unprompted and ship small things quickly rather than writing perfect specs. • Be located in the UK with long-term working rights.

• Show experience owning the quality of an agentic system in production. • Bring legal tech or contracting experience. • Show experience working on collaboration or multiplayer editing tools.

• Ship against the contract workflow roadmap in your first few weeks. • Talk to customers and prospects yourself and form your own view of the jobs to be done. • Decide with customers what a good redline means, then hold engineering to that standard. • Own work that spans your team and the Agentic team. • Work closely with engineering, design and GTM to build something people enjoy using. • Decide what to build alongside a designer rather than handing over specs. • Measure whether features worked, be honest when they did not, and iterate or pivot.
