📋 Job Requirements
• Bring significant experience leading market research teams, research consulting practices or insights organisations.
• Show deep expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods, research design, sampling, analysis and insight generation.
• Bring experience building or scaling research organisations, practices or service offerings.
• Advise senior leaders and enterprise customers on research strategy with strong executive presence.
• Partner cross-functionally across commercial, product and operational teams.

• Define the long-term vision for the Market Research service in an AI-native world.
• Design and evolve methodologies across qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method studies.
• Shape service offerings with the Head of GTM so commercial strategy rests on research quality.
• Build and lead the Market Research organisation, including its operating model, delivery processes and hiring.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team of researchers.
• Establish quality assurance frameworks that balance rigour with speed.
• Act as executive research lead on strategic customer engagements.
• Guide study design, analysis and executive storytelling for high-impact customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape Maze’s research capabilities.
