B2B Marketing Manager

Posted on 29 July 2026

About the role

💼 What you will do

• Own and run Lottie's B2B acquisition channels beyond CRM: events, partnerships, direct mail, trade press, and paid social. • Report directly to the VP Commercial with real budget and autonomy to decide where effort goes. • Take on an individual contributor role built to grow, with a clear path to Head of B2B Marketing if channels take off and need a team around them.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be a genuine generalist with a high bar for quality, comfortable picking up a new channel, learning it properly, and executing to a high standard. • Have experience running events, partnerships, or field marketing programmes, ideally in a sector where relationships and trust matter more than search intent, or have a track record of owning and executing projects to a high standard. • Be commercially minded and comfortable being measured on demos booked and MRR, even where your channel's contribution is indirect. • Be able to set a budget case and defend it, and know the difference between a channel that isn't working and one that hasn't been given time to compound. • Be comfortable with ambiguity, building as you go with no existing playbook for most channels at Lottie.

🌟 Nice-to-have

🎯 Responsibilities

• Own and run B2B acquisition channels beyond CRM: events from hyper-local lunches to larger sector events, partnerships with accountants, CQC consultants, and other trusted intermediaries, direct mail, trade press, and paid social. • Build the events programme from scratch, identifying the right formats and audiences, running them, and working out what actually produces pipeline. • Develop referral and partnership relationships that borrow trust from intermediaries care providers already listen to. • Set and manage budget across channels in collaboration with the VP Commercial, reallocating towards what's working. • Report on lead indicators specific to each channel as well as company-level metrics including demos booked and new MRR.

About Lottie

📊 Lottie at a glance

🚀 Why Join - Our Take

Lottie is solving one of the UK's most pressing social challenges: helping families navigate the stressful, confusing process of finding later life care. Founded by two brothers out of their own frustrating experience, Lottie has grown from a half-broken website launched to meet an investor deadline into the UK's highest-rated care-finding service, backed by Accel and General Catalyst, early backers of companies like Airbnb, Meta, and Spotify. The company has raised more than £25 million, reached 10 million users, and now has a team of 70+ people. Glassdoor tells a remarkable story: 4.9/5 from 27 reviews, with 100% of employees recommending it to a friend. Reviewers consistently highlight the team's kindness, mission-driven culture, and clear career progression. Lottie also offers genuinely good benefits for a startup: private healthcare via Bupa, EMI share options, a 3-night digital detox through Unplugged, 26 days holiday (increasing with tenure), and work-from-anywhere for up to 3 weeks per year. The main thing to be aware of is that this is a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious targets, which some reviewers note is not for everyone. But if you want to do meaningful work that directly helps families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives, while working alongside genuinely kind and talented people, Lottie is a brilliant place to do that.

😃 What Lottie offers

• Earn a salary of £50,000–£60,000. • Receive a very generous EMI share offering. • Get 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. • Work hybrid with a minimum of 2 core office days per week from London Bridge. • Join a mission-driven company elevating later life for everybody. • Have a clear path to Head of B2B Marketing as the function grows.

💖 What makes Lottie unique

Thousands of care providers work with Lottie today across its four core products: Lottie Marketplace, Found by Lottie, Seniorcare by Lottie, and Eliza by Lottie.

💬 What employees say

"Smart, driven, and kind colleagues who genuinely want to make a difference. There's a real culture of honest feedback, but it's done thoughtfully in a way that helps you grow.
