• Close the growing gap between what Linear can actually do and what people think it can do, as agents, mobile workflows, and new modalities broaden the product. • Live inside the product, discover what's possible, and show the world. • Figure out the most compelling use cases for Linear's AI agent and demonstrate real workflows that teams can adopt. • Get those stories out through whatever format works best, from a tweet or video to a blog post or live demo at a conference. • Work as a product-obsessed marketer who is genuinely technical and communicates with depth. • Work remotely from anywhere in the US or Europe, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London.

• Be technical: you get code, understand how software gets built, and can talk about it credibly. • Bring deep product intuition, picking up a tool and immediately exploring what's possible, thinking in workflows and use cases rather than features. • Be comfortable on camera and on stage, demoing a product, recording a walkthrough, or speaking at a conference without it feeling forced. • Know X well, understand what interests the audience Linear wants to reach, and take part in the conversation with credibility. • Stay curious and self-directed, already finding the next interesting thing to talk about and following the right people. • Create video content end to end, scripting, recording, and editing a product walkthrough or demo without handing it off.

• Have built an audience or following in the developer or product community. • Have collaborated with engineering and product creators on non-sponsored content. • Have written developer-facing documentation or educational material. • Have hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.

• Deeply understand Linear's product, especially the AI agent and newer capabilities, and continuously discover real-world use cases that teams would care about. • Create content that demonstrates those use cases through short-form social, blog posts, video walkthroughs, or live demos, letting the format follow the story. • Build relationships with engineering and product-focused creators and collaborate on content that feels authentic rather than sponsored. • Work with the video team to produce technical product content that lands with genuine depth. • Partner with support, sales, and product on developer-facing documentation and educational content. • Stay plugged into the conversations happening on X, in newsletters, and at events, and make sure Linear has a voice in the ones that matter.
