Product Marketing Manager, Prediction Markets

• Shape how a prediction protocol built for real-time markets shows up in the world. • Join Somnia, an Improbable venture building a Layer 1 designed to overcome the speed and cost limitations of traditional blockchain infrastructure, with fast, cost-efficient, fully EVM-compatible technology. • Sit at the centre of product, growth, comms, and community, turning a technically ambitious product into a story that traders, builders, and partners can quickly understand. • Own the narrative, lead launches, and run the experiments that turn a prediction protocol into a category-defining product. • Build from scratch on a small team where decisions are fast and work reaches the market quickly. • Work remotely from anywhere internationally.

• Bring strong experience in product marketing or a closely related role, including hands-on prediction markets or protocol experience. • Understand crypto products and onchain user experience well enough to market credibly to Web3-native audiences. • Show a track record of owning launches end to end, from initial positioning through to measurable post-launch impact. • Bring strong narrative instincts, turning complex product detail into clear, compelling messaging. • Work confidently with data, using performance insights to shape campaigns and priorities. • Operate hands-on with a bias towards shipping and a high tolerance for ambiguity.

• Have worked with KOLs and crypto-native creators on launch campaigns. • Have run research-led content, dashboards, or explainer assets for a protocol. • Have built always-on growth programmes aimed at developers and builders. • Have partnered with comms teams on press, podcasts, and thought leadership.

• Own positioning and messaging for the prediction protocol end to end, covering what it is, who it's for, why it matters, and what makes it different. • Turn complex product strengths into clear, credible narratives for traders, builders, and partners. • Lead go-to-market for major launches, product milestones, partner activations, and incentive-led moments. • Define and run the marketing roadmap alongside product and community leads, making sure launches, campaigns, and content build on each other. • Grow the audience through always-on programmes that expand the qualified builder base. • Run customer and market research with traders, builders, and KOLs, feeding those insights back into product, pricing, and creative. • Brief and create content that earns attention in Web3, from launch threads and research-led pieces to explainer assets, dashboards, KOL kits, and conference materials. • Partner with comms on press, podcasts, and thought leadership that reach the audiences that matter most.
