• Bring proven experience building or scaling a DEX, trading platform or trading product. • Write JavaScript or TypeScript with strong experience in React and Next.js. • Understand frontend performance, accessibility and user experience deeply. • Show a track record of owning real product decisions and shipping complex systems. • Understand what traders expect from the products they use. • Bring a product-builder mindset with strong ownership and self-direction. • Make sound decisions with incomplete information. • Work with urgency in an early-stage, ambitious team.

• Bring experience as a founding or early product engineer. • Show experience building a trading product from the ground up. • Know Web3, EVM chains and wallet integrations. • Bring experience with real-time data and charting libraries.
