Games Analyst

• Join Hutch’s Growth and Insight team as a permanent Games Analyst in London. • Work closely within game teams to analyse and forecast performance for live and in-development mobile games. • Help teams make data-driven decisions on features, AB tests, CRM, and retargeting campaigns. • Dig into player behaviour, including churn, conversion, and lifetime value. • Build statistical models that predict future trends and automate analytical processes. • Work a four-day week of 30 hours with no reduction in pay, plus flexible hours. • Work from the Shoreditch office in central London, with remote working two days a week.

• Bring previous, proven experience working as an analyst or in an analytical role. • Feel deeply comfortable with numbers and instinctively quantify any problem first. • Show that your analysis has led to quantifiable improvements. • Present and communicate excellently, explaining complex data and concepts clearly. • Work proficiently with Excel and SQL. • Learn fast and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment. • Be able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

• Bring experience with Python or R. • Show an interest in games and an understanding of what makes them fun. • Bring experience with tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or Looker. • Bring experience in statistics or machine learning modelling.

• Collaborate with game teams and enable data-driven decisions through analysis. • Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, and CRM activities. • Investigate player behaviour, including churn, conversion, and LTV. • Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting and reactivation campaigns. • Build statistical models to analyse behaviour, predict future developments, and automate processes. • Work with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all Hutch games.
