Python Engineer

• Bring strong experience in Python development, including libraries such as pandas, requests or SQLAlchemy. • Show experience building backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs. • Bring familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Use Git and CI/CD pipelines confidently. • Understand data structures, algorithms and scalable system design. • Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring experience with SaaS platforms or data-focused applications. • Show knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure. • Bring experience with containerisation using Docker or Kubernetes. • Show familiarity with message queues, event-driven systems or distributed data processing. • Bring experience with monitoring, logging and debugging production systems.

• Design, implement and maintain Python services for data aggregation, processing and analytics. • Develop RESTful APIs and backend features that support the platform and its integrations. • Build robust ETL pipelines for importing, transforming and validating data from multiple sources. • Support connector development and keep data flows from external platforms reliable. • Handle large datasets efficiently while maintaining performance. • Help debug production issues and improve system reliability. • Implement unit and integration tests for high-quality releases. • Maintain clear documentation for APIs, data models and internal processes.
