Agentic Engineer

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end. • Build, deploy, and maintain a fleet of subagents, improving agentic effectiveness and designing workflows that scale with agents. • Own features from ideation through architecture, implementation, and shipping, moving beyond frontend or backend silos. • Own technical design from first principles, using design patterns deliberately and architecting scalable Node.js systems. • Backcast from product outcomes and build most of the solution at once, sharing knowledge openly and designing for collective intelligence. • Contribute to core strategic initiatives including the Agentic Legal Framework, Knowledge Intelligence Platform, and AIOps evolution.
