💼 What you will do
• Join Figma’s Roundtripping area as a Machine Learning Software Engineer in London. • Redefine how designers, PMs and engineers collaborate from design to code and back. • Build agentic workflows for ideation and prototyping on production codebases. • Work on Dev Mode, Figma’s MCP tools and Make. • Build new 0-to-1 products in the agentic coding space. • Lead AI efforts end to end, from early ideas to production.
📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 3+ years leading large-scale, high-impact engineering projects. • Show experience with user-facing LLM and agentic product features. • Bring experience curating eval sets and using LLMs as judges. • Pay close attention to detail, quality and craft. • Move at high velocity with a focus on user impact. • Attend in-person onboarding if hired.
🌟 Nice-to-have
• Show experience driving cross-functional projects with Product, Design, Data and Research. • Bring experience shipping user-facing features as a full-stack developer. • Show strong fluency with React and TypeScript. • Bring experience working across functions to proactively drive solutions. • Show experience training or fine-tuning LLMs.
