Services Architect 3

• Join Datadog’s Implementation Services team as a Services Architect, based in London or Paris. • Help customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly and get the most from their investment. • Lead the discovery, design, build and launch of the Datadog platform for customers. • Own each customer’s technical implementation roadmap and guide them through every step. • Work in a hybrid setup designed to support work-life harmony. • Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites.

• Bring 5+ years as an architect or consultant in a professional services team. • Show experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps monitoring or architecture systems. • Bring hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP and compute such as EC2, serverless, VMs, Docker and Kubernetes. • Use configuration management, IaC and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins or GitHub Actions. • Program or script in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.js, PHP or .NET. • Embrace change and AI tools with a growth mindset. • Travel by car, train or air up to 30% of the time.

• Speak French, given the role’s Paris coverage. • Bring hands-on experience with Datadog or other observability platforms. • Show experience with Puppet, Chef, CircleCI or Azure Pipelines. • Bring experience managing implementation projects for enterprise customers.

• Design and guide Datadog implementations, from requirements to architecture, deployment and launch. • Lead co-development working sessions to guide customer onboarding. • Help customers overcome roadblocks during implementation. • Write automation and design architecture for deployment templates. • Manage the operation of implementation projects. • Work with Customer Success, Technical Account Management and Sales on a great onboarding experience.
