• Ensure the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
• Take part in periodic joint business planning and review sessions to keep Datadog and partner technical teams aligned.
• Collaborate internally to support partner technical initiatives, including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and coaching on lead practices.
• Advocate for partners' technical concerns such as use cases, feature requests, and support issues with internal Datadog teams, and drive those concerns to resolution.
• Analyse partner service offerings regularly and recommend ways to enhance their value through greater adoption of Datadog features.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritise new features and capabilities.
