Manager, Field Enablement EMEA

• Join Datadog’s GTM Enablement team as Manager, Field Enablement EMEA, based in London, Dublin or Amsterdam. • Become the first people leader for the EMEA Field Enablement team. • Lead Field Enablement Managers who support Sales, SDR and Customer Success across the region. • Turn regional priorities into a coordinated enablement plan aligned with global standards. • Help EMEA sellers and CSMs ramp faster, sell better and retain more customers. • Report directly to the Director of Field Sales & CS Enablement.

• Bring 7+ years in sales enablement, field enablement, training or a related GTM role. • Show direct experience as a Field Enablement Manager or equivalent senior individual contributor. • Bring people management experience, or clear readiness to step into it, including hiring and scaling a team. • Understand the EMEA GTM landscape across multiple markets and languages. • Partner with senior Sales, SDR and CS leaders to turn business priorities into enablement strategy. • Bring expert facilitation skills and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger. • Use sales performance data and field feedback to set priorities and measure impact. • Speak English fluently. • Travel around 30% of the time across EMEA.

• Hold a coaching certification such as ICF ACC or PCC, or Co-Active CTI. • Speak additional European languages. • Bring experience with Asana or similar project management tools. • Show experience building a newly formed function in a fast-growing company.

• Transform the team from trainers into data-driven business partners and coaches. • Manage, coach and develop Field Enablement Managers through 1:1s, goals and career plans. • Own EMEA workforce planning, including recruiting and onboarding new team members. • Set EMEA enablement strategy with Sales, SDR and Customer Success leadership. • Maintain a consistent quality bar for facilitation, coaching, programme effectiveness and AI fluency. • Act as strategic partner and escalation point for EMEA GTM leaders. • Represent EMEA in global forums and report team impact to stakeholders.
