Senior Customer Engineer

• Guide enterprise customers across the EMEA region through complex integrations and ensure they extract maximum value from Builder.io's collaborative AI development platform. • Lead major projects, conduct advanced workshops, and provide tailored support for the largest and most strategic customers. • Influence the product roadmap by synthesising customer feedback, implementation patterns, and emerging use cases across accounts.

• Bring 6+ years of front-end engineering experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular with a track record of delivering scalable solutions in production. • Have experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers including discovery, solution design, onboarding, troubleshooting, and adoption. • Hold deep familiarity with headless and composable architectures including APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, design systems, and component-based architectures. • Demonstrate experience working with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products. • Explain complex technical concepts clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Solve problems proactively, diagnosing complex issues, identifying root causes, and driving practical solutions across customer and internal teams.

• Bring experience helping customers move AI beyond experimentation into real production workflows. • Have a track record of creating scalable enablement assets including documentation, playbooks, code samples, and implementation guides. • Show experience with enterprise-scale content workflows and CMS platforms. • Demonstrate strategic thinking by connecting technical work to business outcomes across multiple customer accounts. • Hold experience delivering executive briefings and advanced trainings for senior stakeholders. • Have worked in a fully remote, distributed team across the EMEA region.

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation process for strategic enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment and platform integration. • Partner with customers throughout the full lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and optimisation to drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business impact. • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping customers identify high-value use cases and apply best practices. • Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, advanced trainings, and executive briefings for audiences ranging from senior stakeholders to developers. • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, partnering with Support, Product, and Engineering to diagnose challenges and unblock implementations. • Synthesise customer feedback and emerging use cases to inform roadmap priorities and product improvements. • Create and improve enablement assets, documentation, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for customer adoption at scale. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes.
