Senior Customer Engineer

• Join Builder.io in a fully remote Senior Customer Engineer role covering the EMEA region. • Guide enterprise customers through complex integrations of Builder’s collaborative AI development platform. • Lead major implementation projects for Builder’s largest and most strategic customers. • Run advanced workshops and provide tailored technical support across technical and business teams. • Act as a senior technical advisor, helping customers turn product capabilities into scalable implementation patterns. • Influence the product roadmap by sharing customer feedback and emerging use cases with Product and Engineering. • Help position Builder as a key long-term partner for enterprise teams.

• Bring 6+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. • Show a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable front-end solutions in production. • Bring experience leading technical implementations for enterprise customers, from discovery and solution design to adoption. • Work confidently with both hands-on engineers and executive stakeholders. • Bring deep familiarity with APIs, GraphQL, CMS integrations, design systems, and component-based architectures. • Understand headless and composable architectures and enterprise-scale content workflows. • Bring experience with AI-powered development workflows, prompt-based systems, or LLM-enabled products. • Explain complex technical concepts clearly and guide customers through trade-offs. • Diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and drive practical solutions. • Connect technical work to business outcomes and turn customer needs into actionable feedback. • Take ownership and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment with evolving products and priorities. • Be based in the EMEA region.

• Bring experience with Next.js or other React-based meta-frameworks. • Bring hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms or visual development tools. • Bring a background in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting. • Bring experience creating technical documentation, code samples, or implementation guides for external audiences.

• Own end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation for strategic enterprise customers. • Drive activation, sustained usage, and measurable business impact across the full customer lifecycle. • Help customers identify high-value use cases and apply best practices on Builder’s platform. • Lead onboarding sessions, technical workshops, advanced trainings, and executive briefings. • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, working with Support, Product, and Engineering. • Share customer feedback and implementation patterns to shape roadmap priorities. • Create enablement assets, documentation, playbooks, code samples, and implementation guides. • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering on smooth handoffs.

• Earn total compensation of €120,000–€160,000, including base salary and target variable pay. • Receive a meaningful equity grant with a four-year vesting schedule, one-year cliff, and a ten-year exercise window. • Take unlimited time off, with a minimum of three weeks each year. • Take at least one mental health day per quarter to recharge. • Receive 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or foster placement. • Use a $500 home office budget and a $500 annual learning and development budget. • Work from any WeWork with an All Access pass, or claim up to $300 a month for another co-working space. • Receive 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums, with 50% covered for eligible dependents. • Access life insurance, disability cover, and supplemental benefits, depending on location.
