Product Manager, Publisher Payments

• Own and evolve Awin's global publisher payments experience, ensuring publishers are paid accurately, on time, and through payment methods that best meet their needs across countries, currencies, and regulatory environments. • Shape how Awin delivers seamless payment experiences, balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience. • Work across product, engineering, finance, support, operations, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that create value for publishers and enable global payments at scale.

• Bring 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment. • Have proven experience launching, scaling, and improving products that create value for customers and the business. • Hold a strong product mindset with experience identifying customer problems, defining outcomes, and prioritising opportunities. • Demonstrate great stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. • Take an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Show a customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and improving experiences. • Have a strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.

• Bring understanding of global payment methods, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations across different markets. • Have experience working on payment or billing products in a multi-currency, multi-country environment. • Show experience leading discovery activities to validate assumptions and ensure solutions solve genuine customer problems. • Demonstrate experience partnering with finance, compliance, and operations teams on payment-related initiatives. • Hold familiarity with payment processing platforms, payment gateways, or fintech infrastructure. • Have experience working across multiple regions or with internationally distributed teams.

• Evolve Awin's publisher payments experience, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and trusted by publishers across the globe. • Define, prioritise, and deliver product initiatives that improve the publisher payments experience end to end. • Identify payment-related pain points and opportunities through data, customer feedback, and market insights, translating them into clear product outcomes. • Drive the evolution of global payments capabilities supporting different countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulatory requirements. • Lead discovery activities to understand publisher needs, validate assumptions, and ensure solutions solve genuine customer problems. • Use data, customer insights, and business context to prioritise opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve payment performance and user experience. • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and operations to align on priorities. • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver payment solutions balancing customer experience, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
