• Work with Country and EMEA leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives to accelerate Airbnb's business in the region.

📋 Job Requirements
• Have 6+ years of work experience, preferably with experience in business consulting or Strategy and Operations in a scale-up.
• Have a business background with understanding of operations and/or sales, growth marketing, and commercial partnerships.
• Have strong project management experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments, ideally in tech companies or innovation business units.
• Master project management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve them.
• Have an analytical mindset, able to conduct end-to-end business analysis leveraging Excel and AI tools.
• Have a hands-on approach and be detail-oriented with a getting-things-done-fast mindset.
• Be a strong written and verbal communicator with presentation and influence skills.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be willing to come frequently to the office.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional business initiatives end-to-end, spanning demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces of the business.
• Define crisp problem statements, articulate ideal solutions, identify key dependencies, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive post-mortems on learnings.
• Support business growth and acceleration by sourcing and operating innovative levers, including sizing, coordinating, and operating pilots around traffic, CRM, growth marketing, new supply segments, and distribution partnerships.
• Drive regular business operation meetings and initiate meaningful conversations with cross-functional project teams including sales, marketing, product, community, and legal.
• Ensure key initiatives are on track and escalate accordingly when relevant.
• Present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to the regional leadership team to drive key business decisions.
• Use and merge available data sources and tools, internal and external, to analyse macro and micro trends and define key problems to solve.
• Frame recommendations and plans to support leadership decisions based on consultation with internal stakeholders.
