📋 Job Requirements
• Bring strong knowledge of the FCA Handbook and principles-led regulation in the consumer credit space.
• Show strong proficiency in COBS, BCOBS, CONC and SYSC.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in compliance, conduct and regulatory risk within financial services.
• Understand Consumer Duty and how it underpins regulatory guidance.
• Bring experience leading the design and execution of compliance-led reviews.
• Lead stakeholders to identify risks, support change and improve existing practices.
• Apply the risk framework pragmatically to deliver good outcomes for customers and the business.
• Communicate issues clearly, flagging trade-offs and solutions that balance business goals with compliance.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for first and second line teams.
