Product Analytics Manager

• Join Zilch, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, in a hybrid role in London. • Lead a team of around 3–4 product analysts in the Customer Growth and Lifecycle domain. • Own the analytics strategy from acquisition and sign-up through credit approval, activation, retention and cohort profitability. • Act as a thought partner to a Director of Product and influence roadmap and product decisions. • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Risk, Finance and the wider Data team. • Combine hands-on problem solving with people leadership to make data a core driver of company strategy.

• Bring 6+ years in product analytics or insight-focused roles at start-up or scale-up pace. • Show 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts. • Communicate complex findings succinctly and influence senior stakeholders. • Understand credit risk concepts such as loss rates, approval rates and unit economics. • Bring a strong technical foundation with advanced SQL, data modelling and experiment design. • Move comfortably between strategic and tactical work while keeping a holistic view. • Show experience building experimentation programmes, not just running one-off tests. • Hold strong opinions on what matters while updating your views when the data disagrees. • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and embrace change. • Work from the London office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Bring experience in payments, regulated or financial environments. • Show experience with Snowflake, dbt, Looker or a similar modern data stack.

• Own the analytics strategy for the Customer Lifecycle domain and turn the company-wide vision into a focused team plan. • Connect the dots across embedded analysts in Lifecycle squads so their work ladders up to commercial goals. • Master key commercial drivers such as cohort payback, contribution margin, funnel economics and risk-adjusted value. • Build pragmatic experimentation capability with clear hypotheses, decision criteria and honest readouts. • Increase stakeholder self-sufficiency through dashboards and shared frameworks. • Coach analysts, raise the technical bar and set clear standards for the domain. • Act as the primary analytics partner for Lifecycle product leadership. • Move product decisions from opinion-led to evidence-led.
