📋 Job Requirements

• Bring a hands-on track record of owning physical and event design end-to-end, not just contributing to it. • Show proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences. • Know print production and large-format design in depth. • Use strong typography and layout skills to translate brand across physical, digital and motion. • Work fluently in Figma and produce production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator. • Direct agencies and vendors, including negotiation and budgets. • Balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines and budget, while owning your work in a low-process environment. • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience at a B2B or technology company. • Use AI tools to speed up ideation, iteration or content creation. • Build sites in no-code tools such as Webflow or Splash. • Mentor designers or bring basic 3D modular or industrial design knowledge.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Set the visual direction for Synthesia's presence at trade shows, conferences and owned customer events. • Design booths, spatial environments, signage, print assets and merchandise from concept through to production. • Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints, including presentations, social and event web. • Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes. • Own office and workplace design projects end-to-end. • Select, brief and manage vendors, agencies and fabricators, including budget and quality control. • Partner with Field Marketing to build event kits and templates so smaller events can run self-serve.
