Homemoves and Retentions Advisor

• Join Utility Warehouse as a Homemoves and Retentions Advisor, working fully remotely from the UK. • Handle inbound calls from customers moving home, landlords and new occupiers. • Help customers close or transfer accounts and keep them with UW where you can. • Use your sales and service skills to offer the right products to each customer. • Work 38.5 hours across Monday to Saturday, with roughly 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays. • Start on 16 November with full induction and equipment provided.

• Bring strong people skills with great sales and service ability. • Listen actively to understand customer needs. • Stay resilient and persuasive with a can-do attitude. • Meet call handling and sales targets. • Build relationships well with customers. • Work 38.5 hours a week, Monday to Saturday between 8:15am and 5:45pm, including some Saturdays.

• Bring experience in a contact centre or inbound sales role. • Show experience in customer retention or save conversations. • Bring knowledge of energy, broadband or utility services. • Show experience working remotely in a customer-facing role.

• Handle calls from existing customers moving out who want to close or transfer services. • Support landlords closing accounts due to new tenants or property sales. • Welcome new occupiers moving into UW-supplied properties. • Speak with customers looking to cancel services and retain them where possible. • Meet KPIs such as at least 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence. • Hit sales targets for move-in and retention conversion. • Manage outstanding tasks and call-backs, and join training and team huddles.
