Solutions Architect

• Help build and define the Solutions Architecture function at Synthesia in a critical, shaping role. • Partner with customers to drive adoption, value, and measurable business impact, working across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to design solutions that unlock value at scale. • Go beyond implementation to architect customer success, prove what's possible, and accelerate customers towards full platform maturity. • Act as both strategic advisor and technical architect, helping customers make the right technical decisions, deploy the product and integrations successfully, operationalise change and scale, and connect use cases to business outcomes. • Blend hands-on technical depth with commercial awareness, executive influence, and platform thinking. • Work from the London office on a hybrid basis.

• Have 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales within a SaaS environment. • Manage projects and stakeholders strongly across multiple workstreams. • Bring hands-on experience with APIs, workflows, or integrations. • Tell stories and communicate excellently, engaging technical and executive teams alike. • Bring a commercial mindset, understanding how architecture drives adoption, retention, and expansion. • Show proven experience building scalable frameworks, architectures, or delivery models. • Bring curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality, staying comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth environment.

• Have built a Solutions Architecture function from the ground up. • Have presented to VP- and C-level audiences as a trusted advisor. • Have built proofs of concept that accelerated enterprise buy-in. • Have worked on AI, video, or media platforms.

• Lead customer implementations end-to-end, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term scalability. • Design architectures that map Synthesia's capabilities to high-value customer use cases. • Partner with Sales on solution scoping, proposals, API demos, and deal strategy. • Build proofs of concept that demonstrate the art of the possible and accelerate customer buy-in. • Create playbooks, frameworks, and integration patterns that scale how value gets delivered. • Act as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders, including VP- and C-level audiences. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the customer into platform evolution. • Contribute to platform thinking, helping shape how Synthesia scales from product to ecosystem.
