GTM Strategist

• Shape how Supabase's go-to-market engine runs in a high-leverage, high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. • Work directly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build the systems, processes, and insights that help go-to-market teams move faster and smarter. • Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy with a focus on customer success and field engineering.

• Bring 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company. • Be fluent in the GTM stack including HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch. • Write SQL comfortably and be willing to get into the data yourself before asking an analyst. • Have experience designing or overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in a high-growth environment. • Understand product-led growth motions including PLS, usage-based triggers, and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines. • Communicate with clarity across Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing without losing nuance. • Thrive with autonomy and be energised by building things that did not exist before you joined. • Work asynchronously and document clearly in a globally distributed, writing-first culture.

• Have experience building or maintaining a single source of truth for revenue data across multiple platforms and usage signals. • Bring experience with GTM capacity planning and territory design for developer-focused products. • Have managed vendor relationships and evaluated new RevOps tooling against real business needs. • Show experience collaborating with GTM Engineering on automations and data pipelines that translate strategy into working systems.

• Own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy covering pipeline health, forecasting, territory design, and GTM capacity planning with a focus on customer success and field engineering. • Build and maintain a single source of truth for revenue data across HubSpot, BigQuery, Hex, and usage signals from the Supabase platform. • Partner with Sales Leadership to design and iterate on coverage models, segmentation, and quota structures that reflect how developers actually buy. • Define and track the metrics that matter from top-of-funnel conversion to NRR, surfacing insights that drive action rather than just reporting. • Lead the RevOps roadmap by prioritising tooling investments, managing vendor relationships, and evaluating new systems against real business needs. • Work cross-functionally with Finance on revenue forecasting and accrual accuracy, ensuring GTM and financial models stay aligned. • Collaborate with GTM Engineering on automations and data pipelines so strategy translates into working systems.
