Software Engineer (DevOps) - Site Reliability

• Join the Site Reliability team and build scalable infrastructure from scratch. • Deliver infrastructure as code and CI/CD solutions across multi-cloud and on-premise environments. • Build the infrastructure and processes that let Revolut enter new markets and scale tenfold. • Architect multi-cloud regional failover, disaster recovery planning, and self-service business continuity for mission-critical reliability. • Join a Technology team that builds the systems and experiences keeping Revolut moving, from app infrastructure to features used by millions. • Work independently across internal teams and third parties to design and deliver end-to-end solutions. • Work fully remotely, with the role open across Europe and Latin America.

• Bring hands-on software engineering skills with experience as a backend developer. • Bring experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud providers including GCP and AWS. • Bring experience with distributed systems covering scaling, fault tolerance, load balancing, networking, and security. • Bring knowledge of continuous delivery systems such as Jenkins and TeamCity. • Bring familiarity with configuration management and deployment tools including Ansible and Terraform. • Bring familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres and MySQL. • Bring experience with continuous delivery using Kubernetes. • Work independently across internal teams and third parties to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions from scratch.

• Bring experience with monitoring solutions such as NewRelic, StackDriver, and Prometheus. • Bring expertise in on-premise and hybrid environments, using tools like KubeVirt to orchestrate virtual machines alongside containerised workloads. • Bring experience implementing managed services such as Postgres and Redis across cloud and hybrid footprints. • Bring experience automating security patching and supporting audit readiness. • Bring experience designing bespoke third-party integrations at high volume.

• Build infrastructure and processes that enable entry into new markets and the ability to scale 10x. • Deliver easy-to-use provisioning and CI/CD solutions across multi-cloud and on-premise environments. • Architect multi-cloud regional failover, disaster recovery planning, and self-service business continuity. • Design and implement bespoke third-party connectivity from scratch to handle a high volume of diverse, complex integrations. • Create and maintain security-related infrastructure, automate patching, ensure audit readiness, and support regulatory reporting. • Implement robust managed services including Postgres and Redis across cloud and hybrid footprints.
