Regulatory Counsel

• Bring 4+ years of post-qualification experience. • Hold excellent academic and professional credentials. • Show experience advising on UK financial regulation. • Make confident decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information. • Show sound judgement and composure under pressure. • Bring exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. • Speak English fluently. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring in-house experience at a fintech, bank or payments firm. • Show experience with FCA payment, e-money or investment regimes. • Bring experience negotiating vendor and supplier contracts. • Show experience drafting customer-facing terms for financial products.

• Advise on structuring new and existing payment, investment and banking products. • Draft customer-facing legal documents. • Manage regulatory expectations, requirements and applications. • Organise local corporate structure. • Draft and negotiate intragroup agreements and vendor contracts. • Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
