About the role

💼 What you will do

• Play a key role in Revolut’s ongoing development and growth as a Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel. • Create new opportunities for Revolut’s loyalty programmes, both in the UK and internationally. • Join a Legal team that turns complexity into clarity, giving sharp, practical advice that lets the business move fast while staying protected. • Work across everything from structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, keeping growth secure, compliant, and built for the long term. • Partner with local Regulatory Counsels across the world. • Handle significant and complex legal matters on short turnaround times. • Work remotely from the UK, or from the London office.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 6+ years PQE. • Bring excellent academic and professional credentials. • Bring experience advising on regulations, e-commerce, and related fields. • Bring experience advising on international and cross-border initiatives. • Bring sound judgement, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset. • Make decisions confidently where there is ambiguity or incomplete information. • Bring exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. • Speak fluent English. • Excel at executional work rather than advisory alone.

• Bring experience in loyalty programme implementation or development. • Bring experience drafting customer-facing legal documents at scale. • Know the regulatory landscape across multiple jurisdictions. • Bring in-house experience at a fast-growing fintech or consumer business. • Enjoy working alongside product teams as they structure new offerings.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Advise the business on compliance and legal issues around structuring new and existing financial and non-financial products. • Draft customer-facing legal documents for those products. • Help structure and expand Revolut’s products and services while managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications. • Partner alongside local Regulatory Counsels across the world. • Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
