💼 What you will do

• Join the UK Bank leadership team as the primary regulatory liaison, building relationships with regulators and ensuring transparent communication. • Lead internal compliance efforts as Revolut continues to scale. • Stay ahead of regulatory change, provide timely responses to enquiries, and ensure compliance is always in step with innovation.

📋 Job Requirements

• Have 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance/risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, regulator, or similar. • Have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment in the UK. • Demonstrate great interpersonal skills to partner with senior stakeholders both internally and externally and be a credible point of contact for regulators. • Be self-motivated, highly organised, and focused on top-quality delivery. • Have impeccable written communication skills with an ability to deliver a message succinctly. • Be able to work independently and with changing priorities. • Be able to build solid, mutually respectful relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders of varying seniorities. • Have management experience, having led a team in the regulatory affairs space. • Be proficient with tech software to manage work streams.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with regulators and the business, including distilling complex information into smaller, digestible chunks. • Keep regulators up to date with new products, initiatives, and other ad hoc updates. • Work with the UK Board and ExCo to ensure regulatory developments are factored into decision making at all times. • Prepare management reports and management information for regulator meetings, internal committees, and the Board. • Deliver training and updates to Product team members and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes. • Build processes and documentation for the team in a scalable, sustainable way. • Be a champion for conduct and compliance across the business. • Manage team members.
